Collections Page

We improved the Collections page by introducing a product filtering system as well as visual category navigation. All with the goal of increasing the percentage of people who reach the product page they're looking for.

We improved the Product Page focusing on maximizing the brand's conversion rate and average order values.

Search System

We fixed the display of links to all store collections, adding quick links to "Popular Searches" that hide during a search to give the product more prominence and help users find it.We added Synonym Strategies to fix all searches that returned no results with the old system.

Cart

We improved the mini-cart to maximize the percentage of people that reach the checkout screen as well as the AOV.

  • Fixed and increased the visibility of the free shipping announcement bar
  • Added an urgency banner to warn that items are not reserved
  • Added Upsells and increased the visibility of offer labels
  • Increased the visibility of the Checkout button and added the Secure Payment badge
  • Added variant switching functionality without leaving the Cart

Navigation System

We improved the Navigation system, changing the category order and making it more visual to help users find what they're looking for and reduce the bounce rate.This, among other things, allowed us to reduce the brand's bounce rate by 14.42%.
